Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of fire and general accident claims from notification to resolution.

• Conduct thorough investigations, analyze policy coverage, and determine liability and damages.

• Collaborate with adjusters, underwriters, legal teams, and external partners to ensure accurate claims assessment.

• Prepare detailed reports, recommendations, and settlement proposals.

• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to internal claims handling protocols.

• Provide guidance to junior claims staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Communicate empathetically with policyholders while maintaining professionalism and company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in fire and liability claims handling.

• BCP, PGI, CGI certified
