Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of fire and general accident claims from notification to resolution.
Conduct thorough investigations, analyze policy coverage, and determine liability and damages.
Collaborate with adjusters, underwriters, legal teams, and external partners to ensure accurate claims assessment.
Prepare detailed reports, recommendations, and settlement proposals.
Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to internal claims handling protocols.
Provide guidance to junior claims staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate empathetically with policyholders while maintaining professionalism and company standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in fire and liability claims handling.
BCP, PGI, CGI certified
