[Key Responsibilities]
Assist clients with motor accident reporting and documentation
Advise customers on claims procedures, repair processes, and documentation requirements
Follow up with workshop on status of repair and update clients
Monitor claim progress and update customers on the repair and claim status
Ensure all required claim documents are submitted accurately and promptly
Manage customer queries at the reception counter or via phone/email professionally
Maintain proper records of claims cases, documentation, and correspondence
Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory and documentation standards
Support administrative tasks and reporting related to claims management
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department head
[Key Requirements]
Min. 1–2 years of relevant experience in motor insurance claims or automotive industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends .
Comfortable with 6-days work week
