RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for reviewing staff claims, vendor payment and effectively evaluate the information provided by claimants and vendor. Must also be able to communicate clearly with parties involved.

  • Reviewing and evaluating the validity and accuracy of staff claims
  • Analyzing documentation to determine whether claims are complied with company policy
  • Liaising with claimer for any discrepancy
  • Verifying vendor invoices and checking on vendor payment details
QUALIFICATIONS
  • LCCI, Diploma in accounting
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Meticulous, structured and accurate.
  • Good time management and priorities.
  • Billangual languages is an advantages
