ABOUT THE JOB

Job purpose

We are looking to reinforce our P&I claims team in Asia and are hiring a claims administrator to support the administrative and operational work of the Fixed Premium P&I unit in APAC. The successful candidate will be task-oriented, work efficiently and in an organized manner following claims procedures, standards, and compliance requirements. She/he will work fairly independently but also as part of a team, aligning strategies and objectives with the wider organization. The candidate will report to the Claims Executive & Head of Operations in Singapore.

You can help MS Amlin achieve this by:

  • Providing support for administrative and operational tasks to claims handlers, claims executives/operations in-charge, and the Director.
  • Ensuring work complies with claims standards, procedures, and regulations.
  • Applying strong numerical skills, including data analysis, calculations, and basic statistics. Accuracy and efficiency are essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar data tools is a plus.
  • Good communication and language skills.
  • A problem-solving mentality and drive.
  • Being a team player, especially during busy periods like renewals and compliance deadlines.
  • Supporting IT-related issues as needed.
  • Being task-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
