Job description

We have 1 vacancy for suitably qualified candidates who are available on an immediate basis.

You must be able to commit to a 3-month assignment.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure quality output for all work being assigned or distributed
  • Attending to phone calls and enquiries
  • Appointment of surveyors, adjusters or lawyers as instructed by the Executives
  • Prepare and send letters
  • Filing all claims documents to DMS
  • Register new claim, revise reserves and close file
  • Prepare and input payment/recovery documents (with or without GST, as applicable)
  • Checking of daily input of claim data/payments
  • Retrieving files for incoming mail
  • Prepare reports
  • Maintain sufficient supplies of printed forms and stationery items, and liaise with the relevant division to order and replenish stocks
  • Handle all reinsurance claims
  • Warehouse management
  • Any other task which the Company may assign from time to time

Requirements

  • Possess a recognised Diploma or higher qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Office365 Word and Excel applications
  • Accurate and meticulous
  • Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and through emails
  • Ability to work well in a team
