• Issue expired cheque timely to meet the expected turnaround time.
• Promote digital payment mode by calling to PH and rep followed by email to sign up for digital payment.
• Verify policy information and cheque status
• Liaise with and follow up with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements (if any)
