Job summary

SUNCITY CONTRACTS PTE LTD is seeking a Site Execution & Coordination professional to supervise Civil & Structural site activities in Singapore. The role involves reviewing drawings and coordinating with architectural and M&E drawings to prevent clashes, plus managing submittals and method statements from subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized civil/structural engineering degree and 2–5 years of hands-on site coordination experience with a main contractor in Singapore,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (PEB Singapore or BCA recognized).
• 2–5 years hands-on structural engineering and site coordination experience with a Building Construction Main Contractor in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Civil & Structural site activities.
• Review structural drawings, specifications, and overlay plans to identify clashes early and avoid abortive site works.
• Manage and review technical submittals, structural shop drawings and method statements from trade subcontractors.
• Resolve on-site engineering and structural issues promptly.
