Job summary
VEngineers Consultancy Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based engineering consultancy with offices in Singapore and Malaysia. The role reports to the team lead and supports Professional Engineers on the design and supervision of new erections, A&A work, earth retaining and stabilising systems, facade and demolition works, and temporary works.
Site inspections may be required. The responsibilities include detailed analysis/design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works; preparing calculation
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized Institution.
- Strong fundamentals and analytical skills in geotechnical and structural analysis and design.
- Knowledge of design/drafting software such as Autocad, Staad Pro, Plaxis, Prota, and Tedds is advantageous.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply; experienced candidates may be considered for senior roles.
- Passing Fundamentals of Engineering Examinations (FE) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed analysis and design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works.
- Prepare design calculation reports and structural drawings for authorities' submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for projects.
- Supervise and inspect construction works.
