Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate for a Civil and Structural Engineering role. The position requires planning, designing, and supervising various engineering works, particularly HDB projects. Applicants should have a Civil and Structural Engineering diploma and relevant experience. Familiarity with BIM is advantageous. Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and supervise C&S engineering works (e.g. buildings, roads, drains, sewers, earthworks, underground buildings, temporary structures).
• Coordinate 3D model and prepare on C&S shop drawings for submission to the consultant and authorities and construction.
• Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes.
• Familiar with HDB and other authority submission requirements on C&S System.
• Monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.
• Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering diploma and above.
• With working experiences in Singapore on HDB projects.
• Candidates who are formally trained in BIM (Specialist Diploma or BCAA or equivalent Modelling Training Certification) will have an added advantage.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven with the initiative to work independently.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills.
