Job summary

JOB HARBOUR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Civil & Structural Engineer responsible for coordinating design drawings with consultants and reviewing technical documents to meet authorities' requirements.

You will prepare shop drawings with BIM team, resolve issues with Architectural and M&E colleagues, and attend technical and site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board Singapore.
• Proficiency in British and Singapore Design Standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with authorities.
• Review technical documentation and project drawings.
• Review and provide solutions to technical problems and monitor shop drawing progress.
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings with in-house BIM team and obtain approvals before site installation.
• Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise with Architectural and M&E teams and authorities.
• Attend Technical, Coordination and Site Meetings as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings
• Prepares shopdrawings with in-house BIM team andobtains approval in advance to site installation dates.
• Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with Architectural and M&E teams as well as the authorities
• Attends Technical Meetings, Coordination Meeting, Site Meetings, etc as and when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognised by PE Board Singapore)
• Proficient in British & Singapore Design Standards
