Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd's client in Singapore seeks a Civil Engineer to join a team delivering design and construction for C&S systems on industrial building projects in Singapore. You will participate in full lifecycle design, prepare tenders, and perform structural calculations, coordinating with Architectural, Process, MEP, and Quantity Surveyors to ensure timely submissions to local authorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Min. 3 years of relevant construction experience preferably in industrial building projects. Senior Engineer position can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full-lifecycle design and construction management for C&S systems on industrial building projects.
• Prepare, issue and evaluate tenders, providing technical assessments.
• Perform structural calculations for reinforced concrete, precast elements, and steel structures per code requirements.
• Coordinate design requirements closely with Architectural, Process, MEP disciplines, and Quantity Surveyors.
• Review contractor shop drawings for precast and steel structures and provide accurate detailing to CAD/BIM teams.
• Resolve design-related site issues, liaise with consultants/subcontractors, and manage timely submissions for local authority approvals.

• Review and verify contractor shop drawings for precast and steel structures, providing accurate technical detailing to CAD/BIM teams.

• Resolve design-related site issues, liaise with consultants/subcontractors, and manage timely submissions for local authority approvals.
