Civil & Structural Designer (SP3D)

We are looking for a Civil & Structural Designer to join our engineering team, supporting the Lead Civil Engineers in delivering high-quality design outputs. This role involves working on civil and structural layout development, producing 3D models, and creating precise design drawings using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Civil Lead Engineer and Lead Designer with civil and structural layout planning, conceptual development, and detailed design work.
2. Prepare accurate and standards-compliant civil and structural drawings aligned with client expectations.
3. Deliver design drawings efficiently within allocated man-hours and project timelines.
4. Develop and maintain 3D models using SP3D and SmartPlant 3D.
5. Coordinate closely with internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
6. Conduct occasional site visits and offer technical support when needed.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering.
2. At least 6 years of relevant experience in civil drafting and design, particularly in plant engineering environments.
3. Strong ability to produce accurate drawings with minimal supervision.
4. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work setting.
5. Independent, self-motivated, and a reliable team player.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD (latest version) is required.
7. Experience with SP3D, SmartPlant 3D, MicroStation, and Revit is advantageous.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
