Job summary

PM Group in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Structural Design Engineer to advance your career within a leading multi-discipline design office. You will work on projects across pharma, life sciences, mission critical and food & beverage sectors.

You will design and analyze reinforced concrete and steel structures, develop calculations, coordinate drawings, use structural software, and collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, with site support during construction.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years post graduate structural design experience.
• Experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Proficiency in structural engineering design and analysis software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for buildings and structures, including reinforced concrete and structural steelwork.
• Develop structural calculations, design documentation and coordinate the production of drawings.
• Use relevant structural analysis and design software to support engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate regularly with clients, internal multidisciplinary teams and other project stakeholders.
• Provide engineering support during construction, including responding to contractor queries and conducting site inspections as required.
