Bureau Veritas Buildings & Infrastructure Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee civil engineering works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements on site.

Candidates must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering, be Accredited as QSS, Registered as RTO, and have 3+ years of relevant supervision experience across civil and infrastructure projects, with solid knowledge of drawings and local regulations.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification recognised in Singapore.
• QSS accreditation under the Joint Accreditation Committee (IES/ACES).
• RTO registration with relevant accreditation requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision works.
• Experience supervising civil, structural, infrastructure, building, or engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site supervision practices.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and authority requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out site supervision and inspection of civil engineering works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor construction activities and verify works are carried out in accordance with approved methodologies and quality standards.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and construction practices to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Witness and record site tests, inspections, and quality control activities.
• Identify and report defects, non-conformances, and safety concerns to the Resident Engineer.
• Ensure contractors comply with Workplace Safety and Health requirements and approved work procedures.
• Monitor construction progress and maintain accurate records of site activities.
• Check and verify construction drawings and site implementation works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, laboratory personnel, and relevant authorities on site matters.
• Prepare daily site reports, inspection records, and supervision documentation.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site-related technical issues.
• Perform standing supervision duties when required by the project.
