PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a Site Supervisor for a major construction project in Singapore. You will oversee excavations, trenching, pipe installation and backfilling, coordinating with subcontractors to maintain schedule and safety on site.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, producing as-built documentation, conducting quality checks, and ensuring environmental and safety compliance. Fresh graduates welcome; BCSS certificate and 2–4 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in LTA/PUB projects is a plus.
• BCSS Certificate required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Team player.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and oversee daily construction activities (excavation, trenching, pipe installation, backfilling) per designs and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors/workers on-site to maintain a timely work schedule and safety compliance.
• Interpret and implement drawings and design plans; produce as-built docs for changes.
• Oversee on-site quality checks and testing of pipelines, addressing non-conformances promptly.
• Enforce safety regulations and lead toolbox talks with the safety team.
• Conduct site surveys and use GPS/theodolites/total stations for precise measurements.
• Manage material requisitions and verify deliveries; ensure equipment maintenance.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address issues affecting project delivery.
• Assist in preparing and updating work schedules; track progress against master schedule.
• Communicate with clients/consultants; relay updates and change requests.
• Identify site risks and support contingency planning with the project manager.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and obtain necessary permits.
