Job summary

Samsung C&T Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead civil construction management for LTA projects. You will supervise earthworks, piling, drainage, and road works, ensuring compliance with LTA specs and MOM/WSH requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills with at least 8 years of civil construction experience and a track record on MRT, road, tunnel, or depot works.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of civil construction experience; 5+ years as Senior Site Engineer or 2+ years as Section Manager.
• Experience in LTA/Main contractor projects (MRT, road, tunnel, viaduct, or depot works).
• Strong knowledge of MOM & WSH requirements and LTA Specifications.
• Proven leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Civil Construction Management (LTA Projects) and supervision of earthworks, excavation, temporary works, piling and concrete works.
• Coordinate daily site operations to achieve milestones and section targets.
• Ensure compliance with LTA specs, drawings and method statements; manage safety and quality inspections.
• Lead coordination and toolbox meetings; monitor progress and draft progress reports.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and interface coordination with utilities, M&E and other civil sections.
