Job Description:
- Develop and prepare comprehensive project/tender programmes, incorporating construction methodologies and logical sequencing.
- Work closely with tender, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of schedules.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and constraints to formulate a robust and competitive programme.
- Assist in the identification of key risks and mitigation strategies through programme simulations and scenario planning.
- Prepare and present tender programme documentation, including construction schedules, resource histograms, S-curves, and progress charts.
- Monitor and update project schedules during the execution phase, identifying potential delays and recommending adjustments.
- Support project management teams in claims, extensions of time (EOTs), and delay analysis through forensic programming when necessary.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to clarify and coordinate planning matters.
- Any other tasks that assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction planning, with involvement in major infrastructure or building projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with construction techniques, planning principles, and cost/time control practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Working Location: East.
