Job summary

Shingda Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects, ensuring they meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

You will manage each phase from design to completion, coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ESH practices. Entry level candidates may apply for a Project Engineer role; 2–5 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably recognizable by Institute of Engineers Board, Singapore.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as Project Manager in Construction Industry especially on Civil Engineering.
• Entry level candidates will be considered for Project Engineer role.
• Preferably own transport with Class 3 or Motorbike driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects within schedule, cost, and quality.
• Manage each phase from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters and ensure engineers, supervisors and foremen meets client and regulatory requirements.
• Verify payment, settle site disputes and planning for site facilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health practices are always carried out.
