Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Civil Engineering project professional to lead planning, design and supervision of major reclamation and port development projects. Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome; may be considered for Assistant Manager.
At least 3 years of relevant civil engineering project management or site supervision advantageous.
Experience in infrastructure, reclamation, marine, or port projects advantageous.
Registration with PEB advantageous; knowledge of PSSCOC helpful.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, supervision, and management of land reclamation and port projects.
Establish project budgets, schedules, and implementation requirements.
Monitor progress to ensure delivery per approved plans and timelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and agencies.
Draft tender specifications and administer contracts.
Oversee supervision consultants and ensure compliance with specs and schedules.
Track progress, prepare reports, and manage variation orders and costs.
