HEDA CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a civil/structural drafting professional to prepare and revise detailed drawings for construction projects.

You will use AutoCAD to develop layouts, reinforcement details and foundation drawings, with site coordination to ensure accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include producing as-built drawings, updating documents, supporting quantity take-offs and maintaining records, while communicating with engineers and site teams to meet project

Qualificações

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and civil drafting software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with civil/structural construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of site drawing practices and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD and related software.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare civil and structural engineering drawings using AutoCAD
Develop detailed construction drawings, structural layouts and shop drawings.

Prepare reinforcement detailing, foundation drawings and section details.

Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.

Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, site supervisors and consultants.

Revise and update drawings according to project requirements and site instructions.

Assist in quantity take-offs, material estimation and project documentation.

Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure drawing accuracy.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards and requirements.

Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions and technical documents.

Provide drafting and technical support to the project and site teams.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and civil engineering drafting software.

Knowledge of civil and structural construction drawings.

Experience in construction projects is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Good communication, coordination and time-management skills.
