Job description

  • Supervise and monitor civil and structural works on-site
  • Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, codes, and regulations
  • Prepare method statements, construction schedules, and technical reports
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction issues
  • Monitor progress and report any deviations from schedule or scope
  • Ensure proper implementation of quality control and health & safety measures
  • Assist in material take-offs and verification of site quantities
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Prepare as-built drawings and documentation upon project completion

Job Requirements
