Job summary

CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to support civil engineering and infrastructure development works for a semiconductor Frontend FAB construction project in Woodlands North, Singapore.

The role involves site development, earthworks, underground utilities, drainage systems, road construction and coordination with contractors and multidisciplinary project teams. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, conduct site inspections, review

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Hands-on experience in earthworks, excavation, backfilling, drainage, underground utilities and site development.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings, technical specifications and construction documents.
• Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, technical submissions and quality inspections.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site development activities including earthworks and backfilling.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Monitor road construction, pavements, and access arrangements.
• Coordinate underground utilities and drainage layouts.
• Ensure external infrastructure works meet project specs and safety rules.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil works.
