Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Construction Manager and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Prepare detailed construction schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Develop method statements and relevant technical documentation for piling and substructure works.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and contribute to internal and external project meetings.
• Propose alternative work methods or technical solutions to address challenges related to piling works.
• Review and validate engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and drawings submitted by subcontractors/vendors.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering construction.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in the construction and supervision of vehicular structures and road infrastructure, preferably involving LTAprojects.
• Strong technical expertise in piling works, including interpretation of test results (integrity tests, pile load tests, etc.) and foundation-related structures (pile caps, piers, columns).
• Experience in viaduct construction and familiarity with LTA codes, standards, and documentation procedures is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial.
• Possess relevant certifications: CSCPM/BCSS, Confined Space, and Work At Height.
