Job description

• Responsible for reviewing design drawings and design report from design firm, commenting and approval for design firm to issue drawing for construction at design stage.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, preventive delay of contractor works at construction stage
• To carry out daily monitoring, deviation resolution and prevention of delay, make sure the contractor to work comply requirements.
• Responsible for leading the whole site civil construction works, to be the subject matter expert representing the site.
• Working knowledge and experience in civil engineering, and construction.
• Responsible for on-site quality improvement and EHS requirements.
• During the project phase, the individual is expected to be actively involved and at times doing multiple roles to support the overall success of the greenfield project startup.
• Manage, nurture and guide subordinate employees, and conduct effective assessments.
• Build a high-efficiency team and bring out the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of each team member.
• Bachelor Degree in Civil engineering, more than 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in operating Office software, and have the ability to review construction technical plans and equipment technical negotiation.
