**Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Planning and organizing construction projects, including developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensuring that all construction work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Managing project teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborating with architects and stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to meet quality standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
  • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors for project success.
  • Reviewing and approving project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance with codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Communicating project status to stakeholders and management.
  • Managing risks and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Providing technical support and ensuring quality assurance for project deliverables.
  • Leading project meetings and facilitating team communication.
  • Assisting in cost estimation, site safety documentation, project closeout, and financial processes.
