Responsible for all technical and engineering matters on site
Ensure that the work carried out meets the company's quality standards and contract requirements
Participate in project planning, monitor project progress and schedule
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors on all aspects of the project and provide all technical and non-technical solutions and keep them on record.
Assist the project manager in submitting monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
Ensure that supervisors and foremen meet the work requirements of clients and regulatory authorities.
Ensure that environmental, safety and health regulations are always implemented.
Job requirements
Professional Engineers Board or the Singapore Building and Construction Authority.
Required skills: Precast components preferred
