Job summary

MOHSENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Planner with a Civil/Structural engineering background to lead project planning and monitoring, ensuring works meet customer requirements and specifications.

You will collaborate with drafters, manage technical documents, and drive timely project delivery from inception to completion. The role requires coordinating with teams and stakeholders, inspecting construction works, and preparing schedules, risk assessments, and tender-related documents

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building and construction-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely progress and completion.
• Collaborate with drafters to perform quality checks on all drawings before site construction.
• Ensure execution of works, products, and services comply with customer requirements, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify and direct immediate remedial actions for any non-conformances discovered during project execution.
• Liaise effectively with project teams, authorities, clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings including kick-off, progress, technical, safety, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Conduct periodic inspections of construction works to verify compliance and quality standards.
• Prepare technical documents such as work schedules, method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
• Prepare tender documents, bill of quantities (B.Q.) calculations, monthly progress claims, variation order (VO) claims, and as-built drawings.
