Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to contribute to planning and design of civil works in Singapore.

You will oversee construction activity, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure site work aligns with drawings and master programs. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of related MRT/railway/tunneling project experience, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized in Singapore.
• Prior experience in civil/structural design and project coordination is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Exposure to MRT/railway/tunneling projects is advantageous.
• Experience in construction site supervision and execution per drawings.

Job description

• Be involved in the planning and designing of civil engineering works.

• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on the site activities.
• Toassist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civilworks on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as perdrawings.
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineer or its equivalent, preferably recognized by Professional Engineers Boards of Singapore.
• Proficient in both MS Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field such as MRT, railways, tunneling projects.
• Good exposure in design of Civil Engineering works.
• Prior experience in working in construction industry preferred, especially in Civil Projects.
• High level of competence in the use of relevant engineering design software.
