• Supervise work on-site as per design specifications.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports and records.
• Conduct inspections on works performed by subcontractors.

Job description

Supervision of works at site in accordance with the design

• Preparation and maintenance of daily report / record

• Check and conduct inspections on works performed by subcontractors / gangs

• Check all construction drawings / sketches received on site and to report any discrepancy to the Project Manager

• Handle all problems arising from the project

• Preparation of progress report for the Client / Consultants

• Work in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Supervisor to keep the site safe and tidy

• Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the Client / Consultants and completion of the necessary rectification works

• Submission of as-built drawings at the end of the project
