Job summary

Kok Tong Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Design Manager with civil engineering background to support the technical and construction teams. Qualifications

• Requires PE Board recognised degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year design management experience or design experience in a consultancy.
• Strong coordination with Architectural, MEP, BIM disciplines to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical and construction teams for all design matters.
• Review all technical documentation and drawings for the Project works.
• Collaborate with consultant on scope, design, and deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Manage design approval process and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
