Job summary

- Strong knowledge of BIM standards and templates.
Responsibilities
- Drive digitalization efforts to deliver IDD projects within project teams.
- Champion BIM, VDC and digitalization initiatives.
- Proficient with C&S, Archi and M&E 3D Models.
- Develop and spearhead VDC/IDD standards.
- Improve QA/QC monitoring to align with VDC/IDD standards.
- Enforce BIM templates and standardization docs.
- Enforce 2D/3D families' standardization.
- Lead Digital Engineer/BIM team and oversee model deliverables.
- Monitor shop drawings and submission schedules.
- Guide Digital Engineering Team via VDC with clients and subcontractors.
- Create dashboards to monitor project management metrics.
- Pilot construction technologies to drive project efficiency.
