Civil and Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Conduct structural analysis and design for residential developments

· Develop and review construction drawings, blueprints and technical specifications

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for management of projects

· Involve in project planning, implementation and close monitoring of projects

· Conduct routine inspections to ensure construction work meets quality standards and design

requirements

· Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and other

relevant local codes and standards

· Identify potential structural issues and recommend cost-effective and efficient solutions

· Adhoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent

· Professional Engineer (PE) Board certification

· A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate and construction industry on residential

properties

· Proficiency in interpreting and executing architectural and structural construction drawings

· Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit)

· Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

· Strong planning, interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills
