Join a fast-growing company dedicated to shaping the future of kids" digital content and making a real difference in young lives globally.Overview:We are seeking a skilled and creative Director of Photography (DOP) who will be responsible for overseeing and executing the visual aspects of our YouTube videos. This includes managing the overall look and feel of our videos, capturing stunning visuals, and ensuring high production value. The DOP will work closely with the creative team to bring the channels vision to life while maintaining consistency in lighting, composition, camera work, and overall visual style.Key Responsibilities:- Visual Direction: Lead the visual aesthetics of video production, ensuring consistency with the channels brand and creative vision.Camera Setup & Operation: Set up and operate cameras for both studio and field shoots, including multi-camera setups if necessary.Lighting Design: Design and implement lighting setups that enhance the mood and atmosphere of each video, ensuring clarity and aesthetic appeal.- Shot Composition: Compose and frame shots that support the storytelling, ensuring shots are dynamic and visually engaging.Collaboration: Work with the creative team, including the director, editor, and talent, to plan and execute the visual elements of each video.- Video Quality Control: Ensure all footage captured meets the required technical and creative standards (resolution, color grading, focus, exposure, etc.).- Equipment Management: Oversee the proper usage and maintenance of cameras, lenses, lighting, and other equipment needed for production.- Post-production Collaboration: Work with the video editors to ensure that the final product aligns with the intended visual style and meets the channel's quality standards.- On-set Direction: Manage and direct crew members during filming (if applicable) to ensure smooth operation on set.Creative Input: Contribute ideas for new visual styles, techniques, and innovations that could enhance the channels content.Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Director of Photography or Cinematographer, preferably in YouTube or digital media production.Expertise in camera operation, shot composition, lighting, and color grading.- Experience with lighting setups (soft, hard, key, fill, etc.) and knowledge of lighting for different moods.- Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with color grading tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve).- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with other team members.- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.- Knowledge of YouTubes technical requirements (aspect ratios, resolution, etc.) and best practices for visual storytelling.- A strong portfolio or reel showcasing previous work in a similar field.If you are keen in building and contributing to the mission of making BabyBillion #1 YouTube channel globally, apply now.,
