Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) is seeking a CIM Support Engineer to assist Manufacturing users with CIM-related requests and issues. You will provide Level 1 troubleshooting and guide shift users in CIM system usage.

The role emphasizes teamwork, good communication, and the ability to work independently, with rotating 12-hour shifts. You will support the achievement of section KPIs and perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant certification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in high technology manufacturing environment.
• A team player with good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Manufacturing user requests or issues related to CIM.
• Assist CIM Engineers as Level 1 support to troubleshoot and solve problem in CIM systems.
• Provide guidance to shift users using of CIM systems.
• Support to achieve section KPI.
• Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary.
• Must be able to perform 12-hour rotating shift.
