Job summary

Silicon Box Inc is seeking a CIM Engineer to lead implementation, maintenance and development of semiconductor automation facilities. The role focuses on integrating facility automation, MES/EMS interfaces and logistics systems to improve reliability and throughput.

• Over 5 years of experience in a related field including 3 years of development experience.
• Quality-related experience in implementation and operation (SPC, TAMS, YMS, DMS, RMS, etc.).
• Facility interface experience through facility automation solutions.
• MCS solution R&D experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work cross-functionally.
