Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Mathematics.
• High proficiency in English; any additional language is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities and solid financial modelling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in understanding clients' priorities, financial needs and industry dynamics.
• Coordinate and deliver Santander CIB’s full range of products and services across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and Markets.
• Prepare client presentations, financial analyses, market updates and internal materials to support origination and relationship-management activities.
• Collaborate with product, sector and regional teams to identify opportunities and provide integrated solutions.
• Contribute to client meetings, transaction follow-up and monitoring of relationship performance and opportunities.
