Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CHRO Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations for the Singapore office, coordinating key HR projects, and facilitating smooth communication across the HR function. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Executive Support to CHRO (50%)
    • Manage the CHRO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; track action items and follow-ups.
    • Support the CHRO in tracking strategic HR initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
    • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • HR Operations – Singapore Office (30%)
    • Maintain employee records, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
    • Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to deliver HR services effectively.
    • Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation as needed.
    • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • HR Project Coordination (20%)
    • Assist in the design and implementation of HR projects related to performance management, policy development, and employee engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, track progress, and prepare reports.
    • Prepare project documentation and communication materials for leadership review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or executive support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
