Job summary

MyChiroCare is looking for a friendly and energetic Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Singapore. You will support chiropractors and ensure a warm clinic experience for patients, handling front-desk duties, appointments, and payments.

No prior experience required—full training will be provided. You will contribute to a clean, organized clinic, collaborates with the team, and helps daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Responsible, proactive and takes initiative.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• No experience required — full training will be provided.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or clinic settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Manage patient flow and appointments
• Check patients in and out and handle payments/transactions
• Assist the chiropractors with day-to-day clinic operations
• Prepare and ensure the clinic is clean, organised and presentable
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
