Job description

The Content Engine is looking for a Chinese speaking editor using Adobe Creative Cloud to reproduce a 3min11s animation in simplified Chinese. It is currently in English with a voiceover and on-screen text. Voice over and translated script will be provided.

The following is required:

• Place the Chinese VO in correct parts of the video; the script will be time-coded.
• Add the Chinese text.
• Lengthen/shorten the video to fit the new VO and text if needed (we will supply full After Effects project).
• Make revisions according to client feedback.

Please provide examples of animation work/video work created in After Effects, and a short note outlining your experience and your day rate in your local currency - we will share the animation with shortlisted candidates for a more accurate quote.

This task needs to be completed by mid-February, so we would like an editor to start ASAP; this is a freelance opportunity only.

The role is fully remote and we will accept suitable applications from any geographical location.
