Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a Chinese language tutor/teacher to guide primary school students aged 7–10 in Chinese language homework and activities. You will monitor progress, offer tailored support, and help sustain a positive learning environment within a small class or group setting.

Experience in Chinese language education and student-care services is advantageous, and the role aligns with a stable student-care environment and a 5-day work week in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in Chinese language teaching, tuition or student care is advantageous.
• MOE-related teaching experience or affiliation is advantageous.
• Patient, responsible and engaging with children aged 7–10 years.

Responsibilities

• Guide primary school students aged 7–10 with Chinese language homework and activities.
• Monitor progress and provide guidance to improve Chinese skills.
• Manage daily student-care activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Communicate with the team on students' needs.

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin, with the ability to guide primary school students in Chinese language work.
• Prior experience in Chinese language teaching, tuition or student care will be an advantage.
• Experience with MOE-related teaching, tuition centres or Chinese language education programmes will be advantageous.
• Patient, responsible and engaging when working with children aged 7–10 years old.
• Good communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to guide approximately 15 students independently.
