Job description

Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning Management:

  • Conduct engaging Chinese Language enrichment lessons based on the provided teaching plan.

  • Track and evaluate student progress to ensure learning objectives are met.

  • Create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that caters to the needs of young learners.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Regularly update parents on their child's learning progress.

  • Provide administrative support for the centre’s operations and events.

Professional Competencies:

  • Familiarity with both domestic and international Chinese teaching standards and methods.

  • Adaptability in teaching and can carry out the teaching plan, adapting materials to suit the diverse needs and levels of different students.

  • Excellent teaching skills, with the ability to clearly and engagingly explain aspects of Chinese language such as phonetics, vocabulary, grammar, and characters.

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and management skills for effective teaching and student management.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to participate actively in team building and pedagogical research.

Working Hours:

Weekday: 1pm to 9pm | Weekend: 9am to 6.30pm

Work Schedule:

Wednesday to Sunday
