Job summary

LE WEN ENRICHMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Education Consultant to lead Chinese programmes for children aged 8–16, leveraging specialised teaching strategies to boost language proficiency.

You will conduct intake screenings, design IEPs, align the curriculum with the Singapore MOE syllabus, deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress, generate detailed performance reports for parents, and collaborate with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience teaching Chinese at the Primary/Secondary level.
• Proven expertise in specialised instructional strategies for Chinese Language.
• Experience designing and implementing IEPs and conducting progress evaluations.
• Curriculum development aligned with the Singapore MOE Syllabus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Chinese programmes for children aged 8–16 across diverse learning profiles.
• Apply specialised teaching strategies in Chinese Language to support academic growth.
• Conduct intake screenings and design Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
• Deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes.
