Job description

Job Scope:

• Responsible for supervising and executing all chilled water piping works according to approved chilled water system drawings and specifications.
• Reads and understands chilled water layout and schematic drawings to plan installation sequences, pipe routing, and connection details.
• Overseeing pipe fabrication, welding or jointing, pressure testing, insulation, and ensuring all works meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinates closely with site teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth progress on site.
• The supervisor also prepares daily reports, monitors materials and manpower, and ensures the chilled water system is properly tested and ready for commissioning.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in chilled water piping or ACMV system installation and supervision.
• Able to read and understand chilled water system drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Good knowledge of piping installation, pressure testing, insulation, and safety requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage site progress effectively.
