Job Requirements:

• Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable.
• Undertake teaching and care of a class to ensure high-quality learning or care.
• Maintain professional dialogue with colleagues concerning children, parents, and the school.
• Be responsible for all aspects of classroom management.
• Observe and record children's holistic development using various methods; keep achievement records and provide individual portfolios/reports.
• Build positive links with parents of children under your care.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a passion for children.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Deliver English Language lessons effectively.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Possess at least one of the following Early Childhood certifications:

1. ACEY (Advanced Certificate in Early Years)
2. HCIC (Higher Certificate in Infant Care)
3. DPT / DPL Certificate (L1 or L2)

L2/L1 Certified English Language Teacher (DPT/DECC/ACEY trained)

Registered with ECDA as EY1, EY2, L2, or L1

Good communication and interpersonal skills
