SALARY will depend on:

POSITION:

• Supervisor Role or Assistant Supervisor Role depending on experience
• Located in Tampines (walking distance to MRT)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mentor a team of teachers, highlight their strengths, and provide regular feedback for professional development.
• Collaborate with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
• Respond to parents' inquiries and feedback.
• Familiar with ECDA CMS for children's enrollment and subsidy applications.
• Align centre's standards with SPARKS requirements.
• Lead a team and report to the centre director/manager.
• Work independently and closely with management.
• Actively participate in the enrollment of children.
• Conduct regular meetings with teachers.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
