Childcare Principal ( Private Centre )

What You'll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the childcare
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of educators and support staff
- Drive curriculum planning and ensure alignment with the EYDF, NEL, Spark and ECDA guidelines
- Partner with parents to build trust and share children’s learning journeys
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for every child and staff member

Who You Are:
- A strong passion for early childhood education and leadership.
- Attained Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL) or Diploma in Childcare Education.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with 2–3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, pedagogy, and compliance with ECDA licensing regulations.
- Spark experience preferred.
- A team leader as well as a team player.
