Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent certificates recognized by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)
Principal -DPL / ADECL
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives
Lead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the children
Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool
Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues and feedback are addressed on a timely basis appropriately.
Responsible for all government related matters such as ECDA including renewing and maintaining of license
Set educational standards and goals and help establish policies, procedures and programs to carry them out
Proactively review current policies, procedures and programs and identify ways to improve the overall standards of the preschools and future preschools which will be acquired by the Group
Ensure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements, where applicable
Mentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches for learning, teaching and evaluation so as to improve the overall performance standards and competencies
Implementation of specific center programs, initiatives and events
Handle center administrative matters and enrolment
Determine licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies requirements
Management and optimization of center resources
Prepare budget and control budget expenditures
