We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Lintec & Linnhoff Singapore’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction. The CTO will play a pivotal role in steering operational excellence, ensuring sustainable growth, and driving transformation in alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and global standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive and implement the company’s business strategies, ensuring alignment with its long-term goals and values.
- Formulate and implement corporate governance standards and risk management frameworks.
- Champion innovation, digital transformation, and productivity initiatives.
- Oversee daily operations, including manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, safety, and compliance.
- Establish and track operational KPIs, budgets, and performance indicators across departments.
- Promote continuous improvement through lean operations, process optimisation, and technology integration.
- Manage cost structures, control capital and operational expenditures, and optimise resources.
- Ensure robust Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices in line with international standards.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and ethical practices.
- Collaborate in developing internal controls, audit systems, and quality management policies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Lead business continuity planning, risk mitigation, and crisis management strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred, especially one focusing on Strategy, Operations, or General Management.
- 15+ years of experience in operations or general management, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven experience in leading manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors, preferably with exposure to capital equipment or infrastructure-related industries.
- Strong knowledge in lean operations, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma), quality management systems, and supply chain optimisation.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, risk management, and compliance governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational leadership skills.
- Experience managing WSH (Workplace Safety & Health) compliance is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with international business environments, particularly in Asia-Pacific, is desirable.
