We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate should be a proven leader with a strong technical background and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, engineers, and technical professionals to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous innovation and improve the company’s technological capabilities.

Technology Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions and ensure technical excellence across all projects.

Qualifications:
