Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has demonstrated at least 10 years’ strong technology leadership and software development track records. Successful candidates shall master acute business and technological senses, equipped with the latest technologies yet maintain as a fast and keen learner. The candidate is responsible for technology portfolio, competency portfolio and product portfolio as well as leading research and development activities for the company.

Strategic Leadership & Vision:

• Developing and implementing the company’s technology strategy, defining the overall direction for technology, aligning it with business objectives, and ensuring it supports the company's long-term goals.

• Identifying and evaluating new technologies

• Providing technical guidance to the sales and development teams

Technical Management & Operations

• Overseeing all technical aspects of the organization, including software development, infrastructure management, cyber security, data management, etc

• Building and managing high-performing technical teams

• Ensuring the reliability and security of the technology infrastructure

Innovation & Growth

• Driving innovation and product development including company’s product portfolio

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

• Staying ahead of the technology curve

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicating the technology vision to stakeholders on industry and market trends and provide technical strategies

• Conduct technology training and education to sales, delivery, operation teams, as well as clients and potential clients

• Building and maintaining relationship with external partners.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication with English as a Native speaking language preferred

• Excellent writing and presentation skills

• Degree/Masters and above in Computer Science / Computer Engineering

• Able to drive and oversee a full life cycle of enterprise cloud solutions, software and products, including concept inception, budget estimation, ROI analysis, technology selection, development management, infrastructure management, security management, operation management, troubleshooting and continuous improvements

• Demonstrated track records in driving innovation through leadership

• Demonstrated track records in enterprise software development and deliveries.

• Demonstrated track records in management development and infrastructure budgets

• Demonstrated track records in software quality, scalability and security assurance

• Knowledge with government certified commercial cloud platforms is a plus
